MobileTec staff are dedicated to ensuring that all our customers are content and positive about our software, and we believe the support offered by MobileTec plays a critical role in this.  This enables MobileTec to be in the genuine position of being able to offer any customer as a reference as all are treated with maximum respect and effort. Any dissatisfied customer is seen as a failure and anything but positive feedback on any issue is addressed immediately.

Through Customer Support  customers have access to telephone support on a 24x7, 365 days a year basis.  Assuming that an active maintenance contract is in place access to this support is provided at no charge. 

In addition to access to support personnel at any time the Client Log-In  facility here at mobiletec.net provides access to the restricted customer portal where you can submit a Trouble Ticket or download a Problem Form.  The customer portal can also be used for customers to check on the status of previously submitted Problem Forms plus provides access to a range of application material.
